• Pathways Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy •

Hypnosis is a deep state of calmness and relaxation. The body is very comfortable and the mind is more alert than in your normal state of awareness. Hypnotherapy does not “put you to sleep”. At all times you are fully aware of what I am saying and doing and what you are saying and doing. You are able stop at any time during the session.

Many people still relate the word Hypnosis with an image of being unconscious and out-of-control. Nothing could be further from the truth. You can hear and respond to everything during the therapeutic process and are an active participant in the therapy.

Deeply rooted in the subconscious mind is where the majority of our behavior is overned. Therefore in order to effect change we must work subconsciously. Have you ever wondered why when you have tried to change a habit or behavior it usually resurfaces very shortly?

This is because our conscious willpower usually cannot compete with the power of the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy uses Hypnosis to deeply relax your body and your conscious mind so hat your subconscious mind will be able to receive suggestions directly. Suggestions are worked out between us before the Hypnosis starts so you know what is coming and there are no surprises.

Hypnotherapy uses no drugs

Hypnosis is the best tool available to access the subconscious scripting and make changes to dramatically improve your life. Hypnotherapy offers an effective, relaxing, omfortable, drug-free choice for change.

You cannot suffer any physical side effects, because Hypnotherapy uses no chemicals. It harnesses the power of your mind to achieve whatever it is you want to achieve.

How does Hypnotherapy help you

Hypnotherapeutic techniques enable your body and mind, through the suggestions we work out together, to heal themselves, which is actually what you want to do anyway, but are at present unable to.
